BLACKENED CAJUN GREEN BEANS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash, dry and trim fresh green beans.

  2. Heat skillet with a little olive oil on medium-high temp.

  3. Toss in olive oil and Blackened Cajun seasoning.

  4. Sear green beans in skillet. Add 1/2 cut of water and put the lid on. Stir occasionally until cooked (usually about 10 minutes or until water is gone).

  5. Top with more Blackened Cajun to taste. ENJOY!


This method gives the green beans a good blackened sear while also steaming them. It’s super easy and a on pan side, no mess! And, as always, top with more Blackened Cajun for that extra heat!
